Section 02
We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you visit our website, and information provided by referring partners on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you were referred to us by a loan officer, real estate agent, financial advisor, or other professional partner, they may have provided us with your name, contact information, and a brief description of your service needs. We only accept referral information from partners who have confirmed they have your permission to share it.
In the course of providing certain services — particularly credit analysis, court filing assistance, and bankruptcy petition preparation — we may collect information that may be considered sensitive, including financial account details, descriptions of legal or domestic situations, and information about your personal circumstances. We handle all such information with strict confidentiality and use it only for the specific service you have requested.
Section 03
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
We will never: Sell your personal information · Use your information for targeted advertising · Share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes · Use sensitive information provided for a specific service for any other purpose without your explicit consent
Section 04
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business — such as email providers, scheduling tools, payment processors, and cloud storage services. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.
If you were referred by a professional partner (loan officer, real estate agent, etc.) and have consented to updates being shared, we may provide that partner with general status information about your engagement — for example, confirming that we have made contact or that services are underway. We do not share the substance of your confidential communications or case details without your explicit written consent.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a governmental request.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our website.
We may share your information with any other third party when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.
Section 05
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide ongoing services, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes.
When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may request earlier deletion of your data — see your rights in Sections 7, 8, and 9.
Section 06
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we implement strong security measures, please understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable state and federal law, including Texas and Washington State breach notification requirements.
