  • For Security: Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, unauthorized access, and other security concerns

We will never: Sell your personal information · Use your information for targeted advertising · Share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes · Use sensitive information provided for a specific service for any other purpose without your explicit consent

Section 04

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business — such as email providers, scheduling tools, payment processors, and cloud storage services. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.

Referring Partners (With Your Consent)

If you were referred by a professional partner (loan officer, real estate agent, etc.) and have consented to updates being shared, we may provide that partner with general status information about your engagement — for example, confirming that we have made contact or that services are underway. We do not share the substance of your confidential communications or case details without your explicit written consent.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a governmental request.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our website.

With Your Consent

We may share your information with any other third party when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

Section 05

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide ongoing services, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes.

  • Active Client Records: Retained for the duration of our service engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter (generally 3–5 years) to support any follow-up needs
  • Financial and Document Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with applicable recordkeeping requirements
  • Communications: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of the last interaction
  • Website Usage Data: Retained for up to 12 months in aggregated or anonymized form

When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may request earlier deletion of your data — see your rights in Sections 7, 8, and 9.

Section 06

How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

  • Secure digital document delivery for all completed client documents
  • Encrypted communications where available
  • Password-protected systems and limited staff access to client information
  • Secure payment processing through industry-standard providers — we do not store full payment card details
  • Regular review of our data collection, storage, and processing practices

While we implement strong security measures, please understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable state and federal law, including Texas and Washington State breach notification requirements.
